Technology & Engineering Assessment

Before committing capital, engineering resources or integration time, establish whether the engineering case actually holds.

CRYNEX provides structured, evidence-based assessment of technologies, systems and engineering concepts to support GO, PROCEED WITH CONDITIONS, RE-SCOPE or NO-GO decisions.

WHAT WE ASSESS

A decision basis, not a generic consulting report.

The engagement is scoped around a defined technical or programme decision. Analysis may cover technical feasibility, architecture, dependencies, integration constraints, engineering risk, evidence gaps and implementation sequencing.

01 · FEASIBILITY

Can it work?

Review technical claims, operating conditions, maturity, constraints and critical evidence.

02 · ARCHITECTURE

Does the system hold together?

Assess architecture, interfaces, dependencies, scalability and integration coherence.

03 · DECISION

What should happen next?

Identify blockers, conditions, risk-reduction actions and the recommended next engineering stage.

ENGAGEMENT LEVELS

Three scoping bands.

Fees are indicative starting points. Final scope, fee and delivery period are confirmed in a commercial proposal before any order or payment obligation is established.

TEA FOCUSED

Focused

from €4,500

5–7 business days

One bounded technical question or individual technology decision.

TEA STANDARD

Standard

from €7,500

7–10 business days

A defined system, product or project requiring broader engineering analysis.

TEA COMPLEX

Complex

from €12,500

10–15 business days

Multi-domain technology, complex integration environment or multiple technical dependencies.

DELIVERABLE

Controlled engineering assessment.

The final report is designed to support an executive or technical decision and records the evidence, assumptions, limitations and reasoning behind the conclusion.

Assessment Report

  • Executive assessment
  • Defined question and scope
  • Evidence reviewed
  • Technical feasibility
  • Architecture assessment

Risk & Roadmap

  • Critical dependencies
  • Key engineering risks
  • Evidence gaps
  • Implementation roadmap
  • Recommended next actions

Executive Review

Each engagement concludes with a structured review session. The assessment does not replace detailed engineering, certification, legal or patent advice, financial audit, regulatory approval or physical testing unless separately agreed.

DECISION CLASSIFICATION

A clear outcome.

CRYNEX distinguishes engineering judgement from evidence availability so that a customer can act on the result without overstating certainty.

GREEN · PROCEEDNo material blocker identified within the assessed scope.
AMBER · PROCEED WITH CONDITIONSCredible path, with conditions that must be resolved.
RED · DO NOT PROCEED IN CURRENT FORMMaterial blocker or technical deficiency identified.
GREY · INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCEReliable conclusion cannot currently be reached.

START AN ASSESSMENT

Define the decision you need to make.

CRYNEX reviews the scope first. We respond with qualification questions or a commercial proposal; submitting this form does not create an order or payment obligation.

TEA-01 is quotation-led. CRYNEX reviews scope and commercial terms before establishing any order, invoice or settlement obligation. No payment provider is selected by submitting an assessment request.
