PUBLIC LEGAL BASELINE
Terms of Service
CRYNEX TECHNOLOGY OÜ · Registry Code 16927236 · Effective 3 September 2026
These Terms define the legal boundary for use of the public CRYNEX Technology Platform. They do not replace separate commercial, licensing, engineering or controlled-access agreements.
1. Operator and scope
This website is operated by CRYNEX TECHNOLOGY OÜ, registry code 16927236, registered office Veskiposti tn 2-1002, 10138 Tallinn, Estonia. These Terms govern use of the public CRYNEX Technology Platform at cry.nex-club.com, including public information, enquiry functions and requests for controlled access.
2. Public information
Public website content is provided for general corporate, technology, engineering and cooperation information. It does not by itself constitute a binding offer, technical specification, investment commitment, licence grant, procurement commitment or warranty. A binding commercial, licensing, engineering or other relationship arises only under a separate agreement or other expressly authorised instrument.
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website, its presentation, text, graphics, software, architecture descriptions, marks and other materials are owned by or lawfully used by CRYNEX TECHNOLOGY OÜ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No licence or right to reproduce, reverse engineer, distribute, commercialise or create derivative works is granted except where expressly stated in writing.
4. Controlled and restricted materials
References to Technology Room, controlled engineering, NDA-restricted or internal-authority materials do not create a right of access. Access may require identity and purpose verification, confidentiality commitments, manual approval, time limits and revocable permissions. CRYNEX may refuse, suspend or withdraw access where necessary to protect intellectual property, security, contractual obligations or configuration authority.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, misrepresent identity or authority, harvest data unlawfully, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use public forms to transmit credentials, secrets or controlled technical information without an authorised channel.
6. Enquiries and communications
Submitting an enquiry or cooperation request does not oblige CRYNEX to accept a proposal, provide access, enter negotiations or conclude a transaction. CRYNEX may route, retain and respond to communications in accordance with its Privacy Policy and internal governance.
7. External services and links
The website may link to independent third-party websites, messaging services or other external services. Such services are governed by their own terms. A link does not imply that CRYNEX controls or assumes responsibility for the availability, security, content or practices of an independent third party.
8. Availability and warranties
CRYNEX seeks to maintain an accurate and secure public platform but does not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every public statement will remain current at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and its informational content are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CRYNEX TECHNOLOGY OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on public informational website content or from temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Commerce and licensing boundary
These Terms are not a customer subscription agreement, software licence agreement, payment terms, settlement policy, recurring-payment mandate or entitlement agreement. Software purchases, licences, subscriptions, payment processing, refunds, settlement and delivery are governed only by the specific commercial terms and authorised transaction documents applicable to that service when made available.
11. Changes
CRYNEX may update the public platform and these Terms. The current version is published at this canonical URL. Material contractual rights already created under a separate signed agreement are governed by that agreement, not retroactively altered by a website update.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, subject to any mandatory law that applies otherwise. Questions concerning the public platform may be sent to office@nex-club.com.
